Indian School Salalah demonstrated exceptional prowess at the inter-school Science Fair held on 1^st May, 2025 at Dhofar University, achieving outstanding results across various disciplines.

The collaborative efforts of our Physics team (Kashyap Mayankkumar Patel (XIC), Kruti Kalpeshbhai Patel (XIC), Shagun Nilesh Rajyaguru (XIC)-topic- Seismic Sentinel

and Mathematics team (Anand Menon XII B, Nuwaif Tauseef Ahmed Ansari XI B, Dharsha Vigneswari XE-topic- Cosmic Triangulation: Application of Mathematics in Astronomy) culminated in a FIRST PLACE victory in the model exhibition category.

This was closely followed by the Chemistry team (Arif Muhammad Rawther (XIC), Adithya Dev Paloli (XIC), Prijith Kuriakose (XIC)-topic- Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles using Plant Extracts whose innovative presentation secured a commendable SECOND POSITION.

Demonstrating the breadth of our students’ talents, the Biology team (Joshua Sunil Thomas- IX H, Aizza M. Iqbal- XI A, Advika Rajesh- XI A for their topic- IoT based smart agricultural system and Computer Science team (Paramveer Singh – IX D, Nithin Srinivasan – IX H, Abhinand Dayapal – IX F) secured Third Place for their innovative LEGO robotics project, both achieved a well-deserved THIRD PLACE.

Building on past success, our school ISS proudly lifted the overall trophy, solidifying our position as the best school in the Dhofar region for the second consecutive year. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and the invaluable guidance provided by their teachers.
