becomes your partner.”
Celebrating days like International Peace Day with young learners helps them understand the value of
harmony, kindness and global unity. It encourages the students to practice empathy and built friendly
connections among children. For multicultural classrooms, it allows children from different
backgrounds to share a piece of their heritage, making them feel seen, valued, and proud of who they
are.
On September 23 & 24, 2026, classes 1 and 2, organised special activity to celebrate International Peace
Day during CCA Period. The program commenced with an oath and following the oath, paper badges
were distributed to the students. The young learners enthusiastically participated by colouring the paper
badges, expressing their creativity and learning the symbolic meaning of peace.
The students proudly wore their handcrafted peace badges. The two-day activity successfully planted the
seeds of peace, love and compassion in the young minds, making it a memorable and impactful learning
experience for all students.
