Indian School Salalah emerged as second runners up in the CBSE Oman Cluster Badminton tournament on 11th October 2023 organized by Indian School Sohar.
Around 11 schools participated in three categories- Under 14, Under 17 and Under 19. A spirited performance was displayed by Indian School Salalah team in the tournament and they emerged as second runners up in the Under 17 boy’s category.
Mast Renin Babu of Class XI E, Shiloh Caron Meripo of XI D, Panav Balaji of IX D and Mohammed Faid Shabeer of IX G were the proud team members. These players displayed their stamina and agility throughout the competition.
The school admins appreciated the efforts of Mr. Mukesh Mohan (Senior Commerce faculty for accompanying the team with his support. The President, Dr. Abubacker Siddique, members of SMC and the Principal Mr. Deepak Patankar congratulated the team and the PE Department for their achievement.
